Yes. The outer cover is machine washable and the inner shell is water resistant. The outer cover’s zipper is tucked beneath a flap to protect your pet.

Although Comfurt Collar works for many issues, some pets may still be able to reach their wound. This depends on the individual pet, where the wound is, your pet’s flexibility, and if the collar is sized and fitted correctly. Remember that with our adjustable neckline, you can safely go up a size for more coverage. No matter which brand of recovery collar you choose, be sure to monitor your pet to ensure they can’t reach the area they’re not supposed to lick or bite.

To ensure a snug fit, we include a strong buckle collar that must remain threaded through loops along the Comfurt Collar’s neckline.

• Remove the buckle collar and size it to fit your pet’s neck as you would with any other dog collar.
• Re-thread the buckle collar through the loops along the neckline of the Comfurt Collar.
• Clasp the buckle collar and ensure that it’s not overly tight or loose.
• Fasten both of the black hook and loop closures on the Comfort collar.
• Remember that you can snug-up the collar using our magic toggles.

• Durability: Inflatable donut-style collars can deflate or pop. Comfurt Collar is stuffed with lightweight foam and can’t lose air.
• Fit: Inflatables and plastic e-collars have a generic fit. Our patented design includes elasticized toggle switches that provide a custom fit for every pet, every time. You can go up a size for increased coverage, and because our neckline is adjustable Comfurt Collar will still fit snugly.
• Comfort: Plastic e-collars are awkward, uncomfortable, and hinder everyday activities. Comfurt Collar allows pets to easily eat, drink, see, sniff and sleep.
• Security: Inflatables have fewer neckline loops and rarely include a buckle collar. Comfurt Collar has several reinforced loops and includes a strong buckle collar to ensure a snug fit.
• Closure: Inflatables only have one narrow hook & loop closure. Comfurt Collar has two strong and wide hook & loop closures to ensure a gap-free fit.
